Raising a support call by email
In order to obtain the very best service from our engineers, we ask that you include details on:-
- License Keys (including Software Subscription) - please note, these details are not required if you are currently evaluating our products. These can be found on your license certificates or by checking the Licensing console from the SmartPeak WLM installation.
- A copy of your current configuration file for the product you are requesting assistance with. This can be generated by opening the WLM Management Console.
Instructions for obtaining your configuration file in SmartPeak WLM
- Open up the console for the product that your configuration belongs to
- Right click on the product icon at the top and open then select your configuration
- Now expand the tree and right click on your configuration name
- Now select export configuration to the path of your choice as an MSI file
- Once exported, please zip it up and send to support@smartpeak.com
Other Information that SmartPeak would find useful to start resolving your query
- Your SmartPeak application version numbers (can be found in the SmartPeak Deployment Manager console)
- Details of the environment in which you are using SmartPeak WLM - Operating System, Service Packs, Hardware Specification and any additional relevant information.
- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
- Details on the steps that you have taken to reproduce the issue and any diagnostic troubleshooting results
- Details of any recent changes to the SmartPeak configuration or server/workstation build
